Ghostly Greetings!

Okay okay, I know I didn't post this in time for you guys to see before Halloween (sorry!) but better late than never!...right?

Anyways, here are a few craft related items I made for a Happy Halloween. Hopefully next year I will have a little more time to devote to crafts and decorating since I won't be in college (oh happy day!!) :)!

But for now, this is what I got. I went to Michaels and got a couple of their fake orange pumpkins because I knew I wanted some kind of fall/Halloween decor. Plus, with fake pumpkins, I can always put them in a storage container and break them out to decorate with next year. Check 'em out and let me know what you think!

This is my overall picture. The pumpkin in the middle (the one with the holes)  isn't finished yet, I totally ran out of time. But never fear, I'm sure be finished in time for next year ;)

This one is probably my favorite and it was super easy to make. I bought a little package of all different sizes of black buttons and just super glued them to the pumpkin. Easy peasy!

This pumpkin was originally orange. I saw a lot of pumpkin patches displaying their pretty little white pumpkins and I got a little jealous. So, I decided to paint one of mine white. In hindsight, I wish I would have made one of the bigger pumpkins white, but I still like how this one turned out. I took out some stockings that I used for an old Halloween costume and pulled it over the pumpkin, the top of the pumping (where the stem is) is actually the end of the leg of the stocking where your toes go. I think all in all it worked out pretty well but if I was to recommend this to anyone else, try it out with a big pumpkin first.

So how was your Halloween? Did you get your crafty on with your boo-tiful decorations?
